For several months now, our mechanics have been hard at work equipping more than 3,500 buses of De Lijn with a new payment terminal that enables contactless payments for travelers.
Under the supervision of Rietveld, together with mechanics from Protect and Autofit, the last payment terminals will be installed next month.
The Flemish transport company De Lijn operates throughout Flanders but also in, to and from the Brussels Capital Region, some Walloon municipalities and in the border region with the Netherlands.
Annually, they transport some 519 million passengers.
