Using EasyTacho

Do you use EasyTacho Remote Download (whether or not in combination with Rietveld’s Remote Download Service)?
In that case, it’s important to know this:

Automatic Retrieval of Tachograph Data

Tachograph data is downloaded automatically. However, you are always responsible for verifying that the download process has been completed correctly and in full.

Rietveld cannot be held liable for any missing data from the digital tachograph’s memory or the driver cards. In the EasyTacho app, under the “Vehicles/Drivers” tab, you’ll find the “Status Overview,” which displays the progress of the data download process. If you notice that the download has been unsuccessful for an extended period, please contact the Rietveld helpdesk at Rietveld,

Company ID Card(s)

Your company card has a limited validity period for the Remote Download Service. Therefore, please ensure you have a valid card in a timely manner. We cannot monitor this and assume no liability for expired cards.
