Vacancy – Software tester

At Rietveld BV, we develop our EasyTrack solutions ourselves, both serverside and vehicle-side. We do this with modern technologies such as Azure and .NET. The tester has an important role in assessing the functional specifications and gathering information to prepare test cases. You perform development and acceptance tests in the test environment(s) and assess the results. You are part of our ICT team and you will play an important role in the further professionalization of the testing process and the tooling we want to deploy in order to perform this efficiently.

Your duties:

As a tester, you belong to our scrum team.
You are responsible for:

  • Creating, maintaining and executing test cases
  • Devise and execute risk-based test scenarios
  • Performing acceptance testing
  • The quality of the delivered software and that the software meets the desired functionality
  • Preparing user manuals
  • Continuing to develop and innovate the testing process

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • You have a (mbo)/hbo degree in a relevant field.
  • You have excellent general IT skills.
  • You speak, read, write and understand both Dutch and English fluently.
  • You have relevant work experience.
  • You are a real team player but can also work well independently
  • You work in a precise and results-oriented manner.
  • You have a proactive attitude and enjoy thinking about improving and optimizing systems.
